Rancho Mirage Mobilehome Community aims to help educators and school employees to address high housing costs in Southern California. RANCHO MIRAGE (Oct. 31, 2006) - Acknowledging that California's high cost of housing impedes the ability of school districts to attract and retain quality teachers and school employees, Rancho Mirage Mobilehome Community today announces a special "educators' homeownership incentive." The resort-style manufactured home community offers six months of free rent for local school district employees who purchase a new home at the site. "It's no secret that dedicated teachers and school employees are challenged with housing prices in this state," said Mike Cirillo, General Partner for Star Management. "We have new homes for sale, for less than $130,000 each. It's as affordable as housing gets in this region, and we want it to be even more affordable with a half year with no rent payments." Rancho Mirage is a resort-style land lease community with a pool, jacuzzi, gymnasium, saunas, pond, and lush landscaping. More than 70 spaces are available for newly purchased homes and construction and move-in timing can vary depending on sales. It is located at 69-975 Frank Sinatra Drive in Rancho Mirage.
