RANCHO MIRAGE (Feb. 22, 2007) – Rancho Mirage Mobilehome Community announces a special homeownership incentive for senior citizens.

The resort-style manufactured home community offers six months of free rent for senior citizens age 55 and older.

“Housing prices remain high in California, and this program can help senior citizens to purchase a home at an affordable price,” said Mike Cirillo, General Partner for Star Management, which owns and operates Rancho Mirage Mobilehome Community.

New homes are now available for sale, for less than $130,000 each.  A half-year without rent payments can help senior citizens afford to get into a new home in a comfortable setting.
